Roles

Adding a Role

From the Roles pane, click the green plus sign on the roles pane to display the Add Role pane:

Complete the Role Name entry.

Configuring Role Groups

From the Add Role pane, click the Groups link to display the Add/Remove Groups pane.

Check the groups you wish to add to this role, uncheck groups to remove from the role.

Editing a Role

From the Roles pane, click on the pencil next to the role name to edit the role. See the Adding a Role section above for full description.

Deleting a Role

To delete a role, click the red - you will be prompted to confirm the delete.. The administrator and designer roles cannot be deleted.
